Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings. An online booking reserves seats at the shown price for 24 hours. If payment is not received and verified within this period, the booking expires automatically and the seats are released.

2. Payment. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa to the accounts shown after booking. Your booking is confirmed only after we verify the payment. Always mention your booking reference when sending payment proof.

3. Tickets. After confirmation, e-tickets are delivered on WhatsApp and email to the contact details you provided. Check passenger names against passports immediately — name corrections may carry airline charges.

4. Passenger information. You are responsible for the accuracy of passenger names, passport numbers, passport validity (minimum 6 months from travel date is generally required), and any visa requirements of the destination country.

5. Changes & cancellations. Group fares are generally non-refundable and date changes are subject to airline rules and charges. Contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible for any change request.

6. Flight changes by airline. Airlines may change flight timings. We will inform you of any schedule change on the contact number provided.
